Ordering John Lewis Gift Cards

  1. You can purchase up to £500 worth of Gift Cards in a single transaction online.
  2. If you have a query on an existing Gift Card order, or if you would like to order Gift Cards by telephone as a private customer (up to £500), please call 0330 123 0350.
  3. If you'd like to order more than £500 as a private customer, please call 0330 123 0351.
  4. If you are ordering on a corporate basis, and your order is for less than £1,000, please call 0330 123 0351.
  5. If you are ordering on a corporate basis, and your order is for more than £1,000, please call: 0345 603 7979.
  6. You can purchase up to £500 worth of Gift Cards in a single transaction online.
  7. We accept the following payment methods: -
    • The John Lewis Partnership Credit Card
    • Mastercard credit & debit cards
    • Visa credit & debit cards
    • American Express
  8. Your order and payment will be processed and despatched by Voucher Express, and your debit/credit card statement will show `Voucher Express`.
  9. You will be able to specify a personal message for your greeting card which will be despatched with the Gift Card.

John Lewis Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. The John Lewis Partnership gift card can be redeemed in John Lewis & Waitrose stores and online at johnlewis.com, waitrose.com or waitrosedirect.com as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply).
  2. Protect your gift card and treat it as cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced.
  3. The gift card will expire 24 months after the last transaction on the card. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
  4. Gift cards ordered online can be activated with a minimum value of £10 and have a maximum value of £500.
  5. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given, but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases, as long as the card has not expired.
  6. The card cannot be used to discharge indebtedness in respect of an account card or credit card issued by John Lewis plc, Waitrose Limited or John Lewis Financial Services Limited, nor can it be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service.
