What will appear on my card statement?

Primark physical card orders are processed by Voucher Express. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as 'Voucher Express'. 

 

Can I buy a physical gift card and have it sent to myself?

Yes, you can. Many customers choose to have the physical gift card sent to themselves so they can present it as a gift. All you need to do is input your address in the delivery address fields.

 

Can I buy physical gift cards to re-sell?

No, re-sale of physical gift cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited. What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. We will send you another e-mail informing when your gift card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

The gift card will expire 2 years after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
