Ordering HomeSense e-gift cards

  1. We accept the following payment methods:
    • Mastercard credit & debit cards
    • Visa credit & debit cards
    • American Express
  2. Your order and payment will be processed and despatched by Voucher Express, and your debit/credit card statement will show `Voucher Express`.

  3. If you are sending to someone else, you will be able to include a personal message with your e-gift card that will be included in the email to your recipient.
  4. If you are sending the e-gift card to yourself to print at home, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment. Please open and print the PDF as this is your e-gift card.

HomeSense e-gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. The HomeSense e-gift card can only be redeemed in HomeSense stores in UK. It cannot be used online.
  2. When redeeming your e-gift card you will need to input the serial number and the pin code.
  3. The minimum amount to activate or top-up this e-gift card is £10 and the maximum amount is £100.
  4. This e-gift card cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or vouchers.  Any balance may be applied to future purchases.
  5. Great news! HomeSense gift cards and e-gift cards has no expiry date.
  6. This e-gift card remains the property of TJX Companies Group Ltd and may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent. Registered address: 50 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1TXRegistered Number 30944828.
  7. It is the responsibility of the order placed to ensure they input the correct recipient email address. e-gift cards sent to an incorrect email address cannot be cancelled or refunded once redeemed.
  8. HomeSense is unable to replace card(s) if lost, intercepted or stolen
