Where can I spend my FatFace Gift Card?

FatFace Gift Cards can be used in all FatFace UK stores and online.

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another email informing you that your Gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

 

What are the payment methods online?

We accept Visa credit & debit cards, MasterCard credit & debit cards, American Express & Maestro cards.

 

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

 

What do I do if I want to order a Gift Card over the value of £250 online?

Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message before you purchase your Gift Card online.

 

Is there an expiry date on a FatFace Gift Card?

Yes. FatFace Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction, including balance enquiries.
